a little departure from downtown toronto photos per request:) this is shot just after sunset. we were only a few minutes late, but i still like the image. thanks to hadi and negar for giving us a ride to the falls in a less than perfect weather of -15 to -20. my camera endured the cold pretty well too.

since i get a lot of questions about the color tones of my photos, here's a little image to help understanding the procedure.

i made a warm tone color image first (left) then a black and white version and mixed them together to a certain percentage to get the final result.
