i shot this while walking back from work last night. it was extremely windy and cold (-27) and was snowing like crazy so i had to take the photo quickly before my camera was soaked in the snow or freezing from the cold. to achieve a sharp image i leaned against a lamp post. the slow shutter speed makes the falling snow disappear and gives the the shot a calm feeling, though it was anything but calm there!
this park is on king & church, downtown toronto.
