update: thanks for your kind comments. to clarify a few things:

- she was on a trampoline, so it was easy to predict when she'll reach the highest point of each jump.
- I did try to use the burst mode of the camera but I found out that shooting one frame at a time gave a more precise result.
- since the rebelx xt camera has a very fast and responsive shutter, after a little practice it's very easy to capture the exact moment you want.
- since her range of movement was predictable, I decided about the framing in advance and just focused on freezing the moment. I kept all the billboards in the frame since I wanted to show how tall they were and wanted to see full sky on top.
- here are some of the tries in case anybody was interested. I was torn between posting the middle shot on top row and the one posted.
